O Love is a choral work with solo cello by Elaine Hagenberg. This is one of the most popular works for cello and choir right now, and it seems like a year doesn’t go by where I don’t play it somewhere! This is a recording with the Hope College Chapel Choir conducted by Eric Reyes at a service during the 2025 Calvin Symposium on Worship.
CRUSH is a cello octet composed by my colleague Jules Pegram, a DMA composition candidate at the University of Michigan at the time. Jules is now a well-established composer whose works have been performed by dozens of orchestras and bands around the country. The other two movements can also be found on Youtube.
